KL type knurled finned tubes are knurled on the outside of the base tube, and after winding the fins, they are rolled twice at the root of the L type aluminum fins to enhance the contact of the tube sheets, which results in an increase in contact area of about 50%, low contact thermal resistance, high heat transfer performance, and the ability to withstand repeated hot and cold cycles without loosening.
For this reason, the KL knurled finned tube type ensures better heat transfer characteristics than under L and LL fins. Maximum operating temperature: 250°C
